About the Role

You are a top growth hacker looking to spread your wings and scale multiple million dollar businesses at the same time. You are an absolute marketing monster: you can basically do it all, in pretty much every channel. You are not afraid to take risks and enjoy being challenged to solve new marketing problems. You like making money, and making even more money when you help grow and sell a company. You are no drama, you don’t need a lot of help, you love marketing experimentation almost more than your significant other, you are a self starter, and deep down you see yourself as an entrepreneur. As a growth hacker, you will have the ability to leverage existing knowledge about marketing and growth initiatives to help shape the identity of the Yada brand and facilitating in the growth of the company. As a founding member of the team, you will have the ability not only to shape the narrative of the brand, but to help build the foundation of the community culture of the company.

This goes without saying but you will need decent technical skills. Quickly analyzing and pivoting growth strategy based on data is the only way to grow.

What you'll do

• 🎨 Content: writing a content plan, defining the content, helping source the information for the content to pass off to the content team to make
• 👯 Talk to customers: Like every team member of Together, you will have the opportunity to understand who you're serving. You may form close relationships with rental property managers and hotel managers and become intimately in tune with the problems and challenges they face daily.
• 🎬Videos - ideating, scripting, project managing and seeing through to completion for user facing video content including educational videos, marketing videos, interviews, etc
• ⬆️Growth marketing - ideating, planning, and executing on growth marketing strategies like forum hacking, A&R program, competitions, etc
• ✨Brand - maintaining and improving upon the current brand guidelines, writing copy, ensuring consistency across the external facing image of the business
• 🤺Performance marketing - spinning up and maintaining performance marketing initiatives to test efficacy, acquire new users and test scalability of paid marketing campaigns
